Donate Now at Canada HelpsToday on CBC News at Six (about 22 minutes into the video), the efforts of the East York Rotary Club to help Myanmar after cyclone Nargis was covered. It all started when Nora Dunn & Kelly Bedford recently landed in Thailand during their "Journey of a Lifetime." Through her blog, Nora posted a request for donations to help her and Kelly get supplies into Myanmar. The request didn't go unnoticed!

Through the East York Rotary Charitable Trust and the swift response from Canada Helps , we are now able to accept donations ! The funds raised with be sent directly to Nora & Kelly so that they can use 100% of the received funds to directly benefit Myanmar (Canada Helps takes 3% to cover their costs). Please read Nora's blog for more info on her and Kelly's efforts. To donate, simply click on the badge above and follow the instructions at Canada Helps.
